CNN at NLC

So, yesterday, CNN was at NLC. The Laura Zahn show called this past week and asked if they could do a story. We told them, heck yeah! So, they flew a crew out on Saturday and they were in church on Sunday. They were there because they saw our story on Headline News and this year, they’ve been talking about different people who approach things, “Out in the Open,” and so our church qualified.

 It was pretty cool to have them there. Everyone at NLC was pretty pumped. It’s cool to have your church on nationwide news.

I talked to a good friend and he said that the great thing about this type of coverage is that it will have continued effects for a long time to come and when people think about a church to go to, even years down the road, they’ll remember this story and come to NLC.

It’s all about getting more and more people into NLC so that they can experience environments where Jesus can touch their lives!

A couple of weeks ago, I got into a bike accident. A lady gave me a ride home when my bike couldn’t go anymore. She and her husband were at church on Sunday! That was awesome!
